The swelling has returned, the pain never ceased still I press on. Yesterday I stayed home, in the bed for no reason whatsoever. I wasn't licking my wounds, nor did I have a pity party. I just didn't feeling like dealing. I'm not sure if that is ok or not, but hey I did it.
I'm using a cane 95% of the time. It was a rainy day and I've learned that the cane slips on the wet pavement sometimes...so I had a in home. I know,I know,I know it's ok this time but don't make a habit of it (lol). But to you, whatever your situation, know your limitations, push the envelope sometimes but have the wisdom to know when to say when.
