I know sometimes my writings seem bleak, but this is my reality so I offer no apologies. But I hope that my darkest hour brings a least a glimmer of light to your life, for it is in darkness that the light shines the brightest...right?
I'm at the computer listening to blue magic, a group from the 70s, the song playing at this moment is "Chasing Rainbows" how ironic. I have to admit I love this music oh am I dating myself (smile).
You know I talk so much about lymphedema for it has consumed my life, If I'm not thinking about managing it, I'm thinking about what the quality of my future will look like. I admit that it is frightening and overwhelming sometimes. It forces me to think that's why God doesn't give us a snapshot of our future, it would be too overwhelming and scary. We would probably run in the opposite direction especially if we knew the trials, tribulations and lessons that we had to learn before we could proceed to the next "task". Sometimes I wonder am I passing these "life lessons", for me, part of every lesson is being able to teach what I have learned...and so I write. I have a very limited audience with this blog but every now and then someone will read it and that person shall be reached.
